DBT Skills Group Schedule

An essential part of comprehensive DBT, skills groups provide a supportive space to learn and practice tools for managing emotions, relationships, and everyday challenges.

  • A supportive, neurodivergent-friendly space for ages 18–29 to build skills in emotional regulation, relationships, and independence. We focus on practical DBT tools, peer connection, and strategies that work in real-life settings like school, work, and friendships. In person and virtual available.

  • An expressive skills group where traditional DBT meets creative process. Guided by a licensed art therapist, participants explore core DBT skills through drawing, painting, and mixed media—making the tools more tangible, memorable, and fun. No art experience needed. Meets in person only. Maximum 6 participants.

  • Designed for teens and their parents, this group teaches DBT skills together so families can speak the same language of coping and communication. We help strengthen trust, reduce conflict, and build skills to navigate adolescence with more balance and confidence. In person and virtual available.

  • For adults seeking practical strategies to manage emotions, relationships, and stress. This group offers a structured, supportive environment to learn DBT skills and integrate them into daily life—helping you build resilience, balance, and a life that feels more worth living. In person and virtual available.
