DBT for Young Adults
Support for the In-Between Stage of Life
Young adulthood can feel exciting and overwhelming at the same time. After high school or college, structure often disappears. Expectations increase. Decisions feel permanent. Social comparison gets louder. If you are feeling anxious, stuck, emotionally flooded, burned out, or unsure of your direction, you are not alone. Our DBT for Young Adults program is designed specifically for this stage of life.
Our Young Adult DBT program supports individuals navigating independence, identity, career decisions, relationships, and emotional regulation. We provide structured, evidence-based treatment grounded in Linehan Board Certified DBT standards. This program is especially supportive for neurodivergent young adults who benefit from clarity, predictability, direct communication, and concrete skills. You will not be asked to “just talk about your feelings.” You will learn practical tools you can use immediately.
You are not behind, you’re in transition.
