Our DBT for Adults program is designed for individuals who struggle with intense emotions, impulsive behaviors, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or patterns that feel out of control. DBT is a structured, evidence-based therapy shown effective for adults with a wide range of emotional regulation issues and life stressors.
